Informal or Partial evaluation: $250 [1-2 hours + written summary]
Full evaluation: $800 [2-3 hours + report*]
Therapy session:
- $65 [30 min teletherapy option]
- $100 [45 min in person or teletherapy]
*The fee for full evaluations includes a thorough written report.
Payments
Insurance
This is an out-of-network practice. We do not bill insurance directly but are happy to provide you with out-of-network insurance statements (superbill) to get reimbursed if you have out-of-network coverage. We advise that you check with your insurance company to determine whether you are eligible for reimbursement. We accept private pay (cash, check, and Zelle).
